Get the world wide web working for you by having a Linked In profile. I suspect you have one already. The next step to increase your visibility and knowledge is to join one of the numerous groups which specialise in your area of expertise/interest.
Being in a group serves two purposes. You are visible to headhunters and future employer whilst keeping your finger on the knowledge pulse. Both important factors in getting noticed at work.
