What characters from history inspire you? I was reminded the other day of one of my favourite characters Eleanor Roosevelt (1884 – 1962) diplomat, reformer and wife of US President Roosevelt who is famed to have said “No one can put you down without your consent”
A very important thing to remember and act on if you want to maintain healthy self esteem and confidence at work.
